Does the customer have to use our draft?
No. They can edit it or write their own. The draft removes the blank-box problem.
Is this allowed by Google?
Every customer gets the same request, no one is rewarded, and customers post from their own Google account. By default we suggest the service and city rather than require them.
Who sends the texts?
You do, from your own phone number: type the customer's name and number and the text is written for you. If you use GoHighLevel, you can connect it so the text goes out automatically after every job. More CRMs are on the way.
