ReviewMyJobs helps local service businesses ask their customers for Google reviews. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who this applies to
Business owners who create a ReviewMyJobs account, and their customers who open a review link the business sends them.
Information we collect
From business owners: your name and email address (or your Google account name and email if you sign in with Google), your business name, main service, city and Google Business Profile details we look up when you search for your business, your Google review link, and settings you choose. If you connect GoHighLevel, we store the access token you give us so we can read job details.
About a business's customers: the customer's first name, the service performed, the city, job notes and job photos, either entered by the business or read from the business's CRM. We use these only to write that customer's review draft and show their review page. We record simple events on the review page, such as when the page was opened and when the customer tapped to go to Google.
Payments: handled by Stripe. We do not see or store full card numbers. We keep your Stripe customer and subscription IDs and your plan.
Cookies: we use cookies only to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use information
To provide the service: create review drafts, show review pages, run your dashboard, process billing, provide support, keep the service secure, and follow the law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer information for advertising.
Services we use
We share information with providers that run parts of the service for us, only as needed: Supabase (database, sign-in and photo storage), Netlify (hosting), Stripe (payments), Google (business search and Google sign-in), Anthropic or OpenAI (writing review drafts from job details), and GoHighLevel (only if a business connects it). Customers post reviews on Google from their own Google account; what they post is governed by Google's policies.
Google sign-in
If you choose "Continue with Google", we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google and use them only to create and sign in to your account. We do not request access to your Gmail, contacts, files or any other Google data.
How long we keep information
We keep account information while your account is open. Canceling your plan keeps your account so you can come back anytime. To have your account and its data deleted, ask us from Help → Contact support and we'll take care of it. Billing records kept by Stripe for tax purposes are not removed.
Your choices
You can view and update your business details in Settings, cancel your plan from Billing, and email us to access, correct or delete your information. Customers of a business can ask that business, or us, to remove their information.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored with providers that use industry-standard security. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
ReviewMyJobs is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell account holders by email about significant changes.
