Terms of Service

Last updated October 14, 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding legal agreement between you and ReviewMyJobs ("ReviewMyJobs," "we," "us" or "our") and govern your access to and use of the ReviewMyJobs website, applications, review pages, integrations, software and related services (together, the "Service"). If you use the Service on behalf of a business or other entity, "you" means that entity and you represent that you have authority to bind it. By checking the box, clicking to accept, creating an account, or accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SECTION 22 CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT AFFECT HOW DISPUTES ARE RESOLVED. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.

1. Eligibility and business use

The Service is offered only to businesses and individuals acting for business purposes. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You represent that all information you give us is accurate and complete and that you have the right to represent the business you add to the Service. The Service is not intended for consumer, personal, family or household use, and consumer protection laws that apply only to consumers do not apply to your use of it to the extent permitted by law.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for your account, your login credentials and all activity under your account, whether or not you authorized it. Keep your credentials confidential, use a strong password, and notify us promptly at support@mail.reviewmyjobs.com of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss caused by unauthorized use of your account. We may refuse, suspend or reclaim any account, name or business profile at our discretion.

3. The Service

The Service lets you send your customers a link to a page with a suggested review based on their job, and related tools such as dashboards, integrations and messaging features. Your customer decides whether to post a review, may change or delete any suggested text, and posts from their own account. We do not post reviews, we do not control Google or any other third-party platform, and we do not guarantee any number of reviews, any rating, any search ranking, any amount of traffic or revenue, or any other result. We may add, change, limit or remove features at any time, with or without notice.

4. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and for all messages, content, job details, photos and review requests sent through or because of your account. You agree to: send review requests only to real customers you actually served; not selectively ask only customers you expect to leave positive reviews where that is prohibited; never offer or give payment, discounts, gifts or anything of value in exchange for a review; never write, post, edit or submit reviews on a customer's behalf; review every suggested draft for accuracy before sending; and comply with Google's and every other platform's terms, review and content policies, and with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, advertising, endorsement and testimonial rules (including the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's rules on consumer reviews), privacy and data protection laws, and anti-spam laws.

5. Text messages, calls and email

You are the sender of every text message, call and email sent through or because of your account, including messages sent through connected tools such as GoHighLevel. You are solely responsible for complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the CAN-SPAM Act, carrier and messaging industry rules (including any required registration of your business and phone numbers), state telemarketing and messaging laws, and all similar laws. Before contacting anyone, you must obtain and keep records of any consent the law requires, honor opt-out requests promptly, and include any required identification and opt-out instructions. We do not review your messages before they are sent and we are not responsible for them.

6. AI-generated content

Suggested review drafts and other content may be generated by artificial intelligence from information provided by you or your systems. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing it and for its use. Customers must always remain free to change or discard any draft, and you agree not to pressure anyone to post a draft unchanged. We make no warranty that any output is accurate, original, unique or suitable for any purpose.

7. Third-party services

The Service works with third-party products and services, such as Google, GoHighLevel, Jobber, Stripe, Supabase, Netlify, messaging carriers and AI providers. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their changes, or anything they do with your data, accounts or reviews, including removing reviews, suspending profiles or changing rankings. When you connect a third-party account, you authorize us to access and use it as needed to provide the Service, and you are responsible for keeping that connection authorized.

8. Plans, billing and automatic renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS AT THE END OF EACH MONTHLY OR ANNUAL BILLING PERIOD, AND YOU AUTHORIZE US TO CHARGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD THE THEN-CURRENT PRICE FOR EACH RENEWAL, UNTIL YOU CANCEL. Free trials: if your plan starts with a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial, and UNLESS YOU CANCEL BEFORE THE TRIAL ENDS, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION STARTS AUTOMATICALLY AND YOUR PAYMENT METHOD IS CHARGED THE PRICE OF THE PLAN YOU CHOSE AT THE END OF THE TRIAL AND AT EACH RENEWAL. Free trials are limited to one per business. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you keep access until then. Except where the law requires otherwise, all fees are non-refundable, including for partial periods, unused features, downgrades, or periods in which you did not use the Service. Fees do not include taxes, which you are responsible for. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, suspend the Service, or close your account. We may change prices or plans with at least 30 days' notice by email or in the Service; changes apply from your next renewal, and continuing after the change takes effect means you accept it. Plans that include setup or services from our team describe what is included at the time of purchase. Promotional, discounted or complimentary access may be changed or ended at any time.

9. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us at support@mail.reviewmyjobs.com before disputing it with your bank so we can resolve it. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute that we reasonably believe is unwarranted, we may suspend or close your account and you agree to pay any amounts owed plus related fees.

10. Ownership of the Service

The Service and everything in it, including its software, source and object code, databases, algorithms, AI prompts and instructions, models and model configurations, workflows, templates, review-page designs and flows, screens, layouts, look and feel, text, graphics, emails, documentation, trade names, trademarks and logos, and all improvements, modifications and derivative works of any of them (together, "Our Materials"), are and will remain the exclusive property of ReviewMyJobs and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trade secret, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service during your subscription, solely for your own internal business purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. No implied licenses are granted.

11. License restrictions

You will not, and will not permit, assist or encourage any person to: (a) copy, reproduce, modify, translate, adapt, mirror, frame, republish, distribute or create derivative works of the Service or Our Materials, in whole or in part; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, prompts, algorithms, data structures, methods or underlying ideas of the Service, except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction; (c) scrape, crawl, harvest or extract data, content or prompts from the Service by automated or manual means, or access it through any interface we have not provided; (d) use the Service, Our Materials, screenshots, recordings, outputs, documentation or any information obtained from or about the Service to design, build, train, improve, market or sell any product, service, model or business that is competitive with or substantially similar to the Service or any of its features; (e) imitate or recreate the Service's features, workflows, review-page flow, user experience, look and feel or business model; (f) access the Service to monitor its availability, performance or functionality, or for benchmarking or competitive purposes; (g) sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, white-label, timeshare or otherwise make the Service available to any third party, except as we expressly agree in writing; (h) share login credentials or let anyone outside your business use your account; (i) remove or obscure any proprietary notices; (j) interfere with, disrupt, overload, probe or test the vulnerability of the Service, or bypass any security, rate limit or access control; (k) upload or transmit malware or harmful code; or (l) use the Service for any unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent or harmful purpose, including to create fake or misleading reviews.

12. Confidential information

"Confidential Information" means all non-public information about the Service and our business that you obtain from us or through the Service, including how the Service works behind the scenes, its prompts, methods, workflows, roadmap, unreleased features, pricing offered privately to you, and any communications marked or reasonably understood as confidential. You will keep Confidential Information strictly confidential, use it only to use the Service under these Terms, not disclose it to anyone except your employees who need it for that purpose and are bound by obligations at least as protective, and protect it with at least reasonable care. These obligations continue during your use of the Service and for five years after, and for trade secrets for as long as they remain trade secrets. Confidential Information does not include information that is or becomes public through no fault of yours, that you already lawfully knew without restriction, or that you independently develop without use of or reference to our Confidential Information or Our Materials.

13. Competitive use

To protect our Confidential Information, trade secrets and Our Materials, while you have an account and for twelve (12) months after it ends, you will not, directly or indirectly, alone or with others, develop, operate, sell, license, promote or offer any product or service that sends review requests, generates suggested customer reviews, or provides other features substantially similar to the Service, using, relying on or derived from any of our Confidential Information, trade secrets or Our Materials. This section does not prevent you from operating your own service business or from using other products, and it applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. If a court or arbitrator finds any part of this section broader than the law allows, it shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and limited only as necessary.

14. Feedback

If you send us suggestions, ideas, feature requests or other feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable and sublicensable right to use, modify, commercialize and otherwise exploit it for any purpose without restriction, attribution or compensation to you, and you waive any claim that any feature or product we develop infringes or misappropriates your feedback. You will not claim any right in the Service, Our Materials or any improvement to them.

15. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the business information, customer information, job details and photos you provide or that we receive from your connected systems ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, transmit, display and use Your Content to provide, secure, support and improve the Service, and to create aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify you or your customers, which we may use for any lawful purpose and which belongs to us. You represent that you have all rights, consents and notices needed for us to use Your Content this way, including any consent required from your customers. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Enforcement and remedies

You acknowledge that any breach of Sections 10 through 13 would cause us irreparable harm for which money damages would be inadequate. In addition to any other remedy, we are entitled to temporary, preliminary and permanent injunctive relief and specific performance to stop or prevent any such breach, without posting a bond or proving actual damages, in any court of competent jurisdiction, and you consent to that court's jurisdiction. You will also be liable for our damages, any profits or benefits you obtain through the breach, and, to the extent permitted by law, our reasonable attorneys' fees and costs of enforcement. We may immediately suspend or terminate your account for any actual or suspected breach.

17. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your plan from Billing. We may suspend, limit or terminate your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or any law, if your use creates risk or possible legal exposure for us or others, if your account is inactive, if payment fails, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your license ends immediately, you must stop using the Service, and we may delete your account and Your Content after a reasonable period, without liability. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination, including Sections 8 through 16 and 18 through 26.

18. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE, OUR MATERIALS AND ALL CONTENT AND OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, THAT DATA WILL NOT BE LOST, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL PRODUCE ANY REVIEWS, RANKINGS, LEADS, REVENUE OR OTHER RESULTS. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

19. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL REVIEWMYJOBS OR ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, REPUTATION, REVIEWS, RANKINGS, DATA OR USE, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM AND (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). THESE LIMITS APPLY EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE AND ARE AN ESSENTIAL BASIS OF OUR AGREEMENT; WE WOULD NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE WITHOUT THEM.

20. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless ReviewMyJobs and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, investigations, losses, damages, fines, penalties, liabilities, judgments, settlements, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) Your Content; (c) any message, call, email or review request sent through or because of your account; (d) any review, rating or statement by you or your customers; (e) your violation of these Terms, any third-party platform's terms, or any law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and consumer review and endorsement rules; or (f) any dispute between you and your customers or any third party. We may control the defense of any claim at your expense, and you will not settle any claim that affects us without our written consent.

21. Time limit for claims

To the extent permitted by law, any claim you have arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service must be filed within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.

22. Dispute resolution, arbitration and class action waiver

Informal resolution. Before starting any proceeding, you agree to email us at support@mail.reviewmyjobs.com with a description of the dispute and try in good faith to resolve it with us for at least 30 days.

Binding arbitration. Except as provided below, any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, including their formation, interpretation, scope or validity, will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, seated in Sacramento County, California, and conducted in English. The arbitrator's award will be final and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.

Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. We may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court at any time to protect our intellectual property, Confidential Information or the Service, including under Sections 10 through 16.

Class action waiver. YOU AND WE EACH AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, AND YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable as to any claim, that claim will be heard in court, not in arbitration, and the rest of this section will still apply.

23. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and by applicable U.S. federal law. Subject to Section 22, the state and federal courts located in Sacramento County, California have exclusive jurisdiction over any action relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction and venue. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

24. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and notify you by email, in the Service, or by asking you to accept the updated Terms. Changes take effect when posted unless we say otherwise. If you continue to use the Service after changes take effect, you accept them. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and cancel your plan.

25. Electronic communications and notices

You agree to receive communications from us electronically, including by email, text and in the Service, and that these satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing. We may send notices to the email address on your account, and they are effective when sent. Legal notices to us must be sent to support@mail.reviewmyjobs.com. Your electronic acceptance of these Terms, including by checking a box, has the same effect as a handwritten signature, and we may keep records of it.

26. General terms

These Terms and our Privacy Policy, together with any order or plan terms you accept, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent; we may assign these Terms freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control. The parties are independent contractors, and nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship. There are no third-party beneficiaries. Headings are for convenience only, and "including" means "including without limitation." You may not use the Service in violation of U.S. export control or sanctions laws.
